In order to achieve your aim of resetting your PSN password, the first thing to do is to head to the PlayStation Account Management. Once there, you’ll be required to type in your login details, but instead of that, just click on the Trouble Signing In at the bottom part of the page.

After clicking on the Reset your password button, the next step is to Enter your email address and click Send Email.

In the email which will be sent to you, click on Change Password.

SONY will then ask you a personal question to really make sure it’s you, all you have to do then is to give the answer, and you’ll be allowed to reset your password after answering it… SIMPLE.


How to Change Your PlayStation Password

When you already know your PlayStation password, but want to change it to something stronger or better, the steps are slightly different from when you’ve forgotten it entirely. If you already know your password, you can use the account management page to change it quickly.

To do this, all you have to do is to open the Play Station Account Management Page. Log in, click on the Security section on the left side of the page. To the right of Password, click Edit.
